The Game
Select a roster of players that will accumulate fantasy points from Major League Baseball games played on a single day during the 2011 season.

Prizes
The 1st place team from a 8-team, $25 entry league will be $165.
The 1st place team from a 5-team, $25 entry league will be $100.
The 1st place team from a 4-team, $25 entry league will be $80
The 1st place team from a 3-team, $25 entry league will be $60.
The 1st place team from a H2H 2-team, $25 entry league will be $43.
Note *** All winning prizes will be credited to Stanima Player Accounts, from which cash payouts may be requested by the account holder***

Create Your Team
- STANIMA will present 13 different selection Groups of MLB players from which to select your starting roster.
- Selection Groups will be comprised of ONE (1) player for each offensive starting position. Pitching positions in each group will be comprised of FOUR (4) starting pitchers and TWO (2) relief pitchers.
- Contestants create a roster by selecting ONE (1) players from each group using the following guidelines for a starting roster:
       1B - 1
       2B - 1
       3B - 1
       SS - 1
       C - 1
       OF - 3
       SP - 2
       RP - 1
       OFlex - 1
       PFlex - 1

Player Selection Group Composition
- STANIMA will create player rankings for each position. These players will then be sequentially places into Selection Groups according to their position ranking:
Group 1 will be comprised of the top ranked (#1) player at each offensive position, the top 4 (#1-#4) ranked starting pitchers, and the top 2 (#1-#2) ranked relief pitchers.
Group 2 will be comprised of the #2 ranked players at each offensive position, the #5-#8 ranked starting pitchers, and the #3-#4 ranked relief pitchers.
Group 3 will be comprised of the #3 ranked players at each offensive position, the #9-#12 ranked starting pitchers, and the #5-#6 ranked relief pitchers.
ETC, ETC, thru to Group 13.

Game and Scoring Format
- STANIMA Fantasy Baseball will employ a ‘Point Style’ scoring system.
- All rosters will LOCK 5 minutes prior to the opening pitch of the first MLB scheduled game of the day.
- The winning entry will be the team with the highest amount of STANIMA Fantasy Points at the conclusion of the baseball games played that day.
- Players who were scheduled to play in games that were postponed or suspended will receive ZERO points.
- STANIMA Points for fantasy baseball will be accumulated using the following scoring system:
Offense
      Single = 1 pt
      Double = 2 pts
      Triple = 3 pts
      Home Run = 4 pts
      RBI = 1 pt(s)
      Stolen Base = 1 pt
      Base On Balls = 1 pt
      Run = 1 pt
Pitching
      Innings Pitched = 1 pt
      Strike Out = 1 pt
      Win = 10 pts
      Save = 10 pts

Special Notes:
- Once rosters lock all player selections are final. You will receive ZERO points if a player you selected does not play, or has his game postponed or suspended due to weather. You may want to check local weather reports for games being played in cities with open air stadiums.
- If a double header is played on the specific day, then ONLY GAME 1 of the double header will count towards the scores.
